When we speak of dominance of dribbling we must consider switching the ball between hands that we do during a game or in practice. One of the most effective ways of switching hands is by doing it behind your back. Here you have an example of an exercise that helps develop the correct position to dribble behind your back.

This Sunday, March 6, from 5pm-6pm at GrandSlam (910 Oak Tree Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ), we will be holding FREE evaluations for the FindingPlayers Basketball Development Program.
These sessions are open to BOYS & GIRLS, of all ages and levels of Basketball.
